Sahih al-Bukhari 4258صحيح البخاري 4258
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ تَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَيْمُونَةَ وَهْوَ مُحْرِمٌ، وَبَنَى بِهَا وَهْوَ حَلاَلٌ وَمَاتَتْ بِسَرِفَ.
Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) married Maimuna while he was in the state of lhram but he consummated that marriage after finishing that state. Maimuna died at Saraf (i.e. a place near Mecca).
