Bulugh al-Maram 1444بلوغ المرام 1444
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ: { " أَقِيلُوا ذَوِي اَلْهَيْئَاتِ عَثَرَاتِهِمْ إِلَّا اَلْحُدُودَ" } رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ, وَالنَّسَائِيُّ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه أبو داود ( 4375 )، والنسائي في" الكبرى" . وله شواهد تقويه.
'Aishah (RAA) narrated that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Forgive the people with high moral values when they slip but not what calls for the infliction of Hudud." Related by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, An-Nasa'i and Al-Baihaqi.
