Bulugh al-Maram 75بلوغ المرام 75
وَعَنْ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - عَنْ اَلنَّبِيِّ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ وَلَيَالِيَهُنَّ, وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً, إِذَا تَطَهَّرَ فَلَبِسَ خُفَّيْهِ: أَنْ يَمْسَحَ عَلَيْهِمَا } أَخْرَجَهُ اَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ, وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ خُزَيْمَة َ 1 .1 - حسن. رواه الدارقطني (194)، وابن خزيمة (192)، وهو وإن كان ضعيف السند، إلا أن له شواهد ذكرتها "بالأصل" ومن أجل ذلك حسنة البخاري، كما نقل عنه الترمذي في "العلل".
Narrated Abu Bakra (rad): The Prophet (ﷺ) gave permission for the traveller to perform Mash (wiping) over his leather socks for three days and nights and for a non-traveller for a day and night, if he had put them on in a state of purity. .
