Umdat al-Ahkam (al-Maqdisi) 206عمدة الأحكام 206
عن محمد بن عباد بن جعفر قال: «سألت جابر بن عبد الله أنهى النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - عن صوم يوم الجمعة؟ قال: نعم» وزاد مسلم «ورب الكعبة».
Narrated Muhammad bin `Abbas: I asked Jabir "Did the Prophet (ﷺ) forbid fasting on Fridays?" He replied, "Yes." (Other narrators added, "If he intends to fast only that day.")
