Umdat al-Ahkam (al-Maqdisi) 273عمدة الأحكام 273
عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: «من باع نخلا قد أبرت فثمرها للبائع، إلا أن يشترط المبتاع». ولمسلم «ومن ابتاع عبدا فماله للذي باعه إلا أن يشترط المبتاع».
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If somebody sells pollinated date palms, the fruits will be for the seller unless the buyer stipulates that they will be for himself (and the seller agrees).
