Umdat al-Ahkam (al-Maqdisi) 5عمدة الأحكام 5
عن أبي هريرة - رضي الله عنه -: أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: «لا يبولن أحدكم في الماء الدائم الذي لا يجري، ثم يغتسل منه» ولمسلم: «لا يغتسل أحدكم في الماء الدائم وهو جنب».
The same narrator said that the Prophet (ﷺ) had said: "You should not pass urine in stagnant water which is not flowing then (you may need to) wash in it."
