Umdat al-Ahkam (al-Maqdisi) 148عمدة الأحكام 148
عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال: «كان النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - وأبو بكر وعمر يصلون العيدين قبل الخطبة».
Narrated Ibn `Umar: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), Abu Bakr and `Umar! used to offer the two `Id prayers before delivering the Khutba.
